Wonderful tropical grounds and swimming pools; decent breakfast and free beach transportation.
This was my second time staying here. Impressive grounds/facility for the cost. Good breakfast in a lovely open-space eating area. I like the location - near the cliffs for great views and close enough to the main road for lots of restaurant and bar options, without being noisy. Two wonderful pools and beautiful garden settings. Would recommend for long stays . Regular free transportation down to the main (busy) beach front drag - or a 20 minute walk.
we inadvertently booked an economy room which was just that - clean, but small, ground floor, no view and a little outside seating area that looked into a stair well - so pay attention when you book. Worth paying a little extra for an upgrade. Our friends ended up with a spacious suite-like room with great cliff views and a balcony over the pool,

Good
The pool. An OK buffet breakfast. The scheduled transfer to the beach.
We slept in one of the bungalows. We choose a bungalow over of an A/C room because, in the pictures, it looked idyllic (at the time of booking they were almost the same price). We made a bad choice. - The walls were super thin and we could hear the neighbours and their kids at 6.30am. - The room had many mosquitoes. - The pictures did not reflect the reality Moreover, the pick up form the beach to the hotel is said to be ‘upon request’. This rather meant ‘we will pick you up in 40min, at 21, when the van has to come back from downtown’. We paid a taxi. I believe expectations should be set here to avoid disappointment. Overall it wasn’t terrible, but not what we would call a good value for money.

Beautiful and memorable
The property is in an amazing location with awesome pool and view. It is away from the noise but also close to amazing food and 20 minute walk from the beach. If you don't want to walk though, the hotel has a free hourly transport between the beach and hotel.
Villa: The bathroom was dusty and had not been dusted. There were some spider webs on the ceiling and the safe was not bolted in.

Very Good
There was a small confusion with the room, but it was sorted very quickly. The pool was good, generally pretty quiet. Our room was also great and had 2 toilets and 2 showers which made things much easier with a few of us sharing the room. There was also an hourly free shuttle to the beach!
